Nothing new to set up for your agencies
Invoice Buddy works from the agency EDI numbers and Billing contacts already on your accounts. Keep the invoice delivery you use today and add Invoice Buddy alongside it, or choose Invoice Buddy as the delivery service.
- Your invoices and PDFs stay exactly as you issue them.
- No agency-by-agency setup, confirmation or contact list to maintain.
- Billing contacts on your agency accounts that carry an EDI number can sign in without any step from you.
- Choose under Global Settings, EDI Invoicing, whether agencies are also emailed when you send invoices.
One Agency ID for every agency
